find out what you think is important and what you would like to achieve, and we work with you to develop your <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/healthcarerequest.com.au\/ndis\/understanding-your-plan-and-services\/\">personal plan<\/a><\/span>.<\/p><p>This can include getting support from your Healthcare Request supports for:<\/p><ul><li>Diet and nutrition<\/li><li>Keeping fit and exercising<\/li><li>Methods to manage your anxiety<\/li><li>Language and communication skills<\/li><li>Being able to manage everyday tasks such as showering, dressing, and eating independently<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-106b22a elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-pp-info-box\" \t<li>Psychologists<\/li>\n \t<li>Exercise physiologists<\/li>\n \t<li>Behaviour Support Specialists<\/li>\n \t<li>Dietician<\/li>\n \t<li>Physiotherapist<\/li>\n \t<li>Speech Pathologist<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\nSupport can be provided either on an individual basis or in a group
